Mziiki Dance Off takes to the streets of Nairobi

Stomp the yard Kenyan style; if you love street dancing then you need to be at Banda Street on Sunday. At the corner of Banda Street and Waber Street that’s where the various dance crews going to be showcasing their Jagger moves for ksh 50,000 prize money

 

This event is being sponsored by Mziiki, the largest African music-streaming app which recently signed Diamond Platnumz and Wyre as Brand Ambassadors Mziiki is on the path to being Africa’s largest free digital music-streaming service, letting users express and celebrate their culture through music anytime, anywhere.

 

The organizer says they aim at letting music lovers express and celebrate themselves through music and also to provide a platform for Kenyans to display their talent.

 

Among the crews taking to the streets, competing and showing off their abilities will be Unikk dance crew, Alabasters, Shepherds, Dontaz, Tremaz dance crew, Levites dance icons, Explodez, Dream crew, Boss Paul Onyango, Movers dance crew, Stargals and Exalters dancers.
