On Friday 30th Jan 2016 Bluemoon Pure Grain Vodka introduced 3 new members to its Family, very familiar faces in our air waves. We’ve danced to their tunes in clubs, concerts, and parties for the longest time. They have since created a formidable partnership that has produced hits after hits like Nyogwa, Moto wa Kuotea mbali, DaboTap among others. Mejja, Madtraxx and Kid kora of the Kansoul will not only be representing the Genge family but also the Bluemoon Pure Grain Vodka Family.
In an agreement between Africa Spirits Limited under its Flagship product Bluemoon Pure Grain Vodka and the Kansoul, the group will be the official brand ambassadors for the Vodka going forward. Bluemoon Pure Grain Vodka prides itself as ‘The party drink’ and believes this is a mutually beneficial agreement that aligns perfectly with both parties agenda.

This is not the first time the two parties are working together, last year May during the Bluemoon Fest, Kansoul were among the artists performing in the event alongside, P-unit and Beautiful Yemi Alade and they put on one hell of a show from a crowd perspective. It is also worth nothing that their music resonates well with the target audience something Bluemoon vodka have keen interest in.
Bluemoon Pure grain Vodka brand has put a lot of finance in the last 1 year into sponsoring smaller parties (birthdays, Graduations, Reunion… typically friends only kind of parties) all over the country, with over 25 parties having received sponsorship in 4 different towns to date, is a big gesture trying to connect with the partying crowd, they have brought in Kansoul to act as the bridge to that consumer base.
The Kansoul themselves are pretty excited with the agreement and are ready to kick the ground running, they even suggested it would be nice if they were attended some of the fan sponsored parties just to chill, drink and eat with the guys, coz’ who wouldn’t want Mejja, Madtraxx and Kid kora at their birthday party? If Bluemoon can make this happen, its sounds like a pretty sweet deal for both the brand and their fans.
It’s a good gesture to see local Brands partnering with local talent for business related activities, we hope to more of such from other brands in the future. Meanwhile let’s celebrate this new deal and hope it bear success in the coming months.
