An August filled with Festivals

The month of August always comes with its great share of events that keep everyone excited and especially so because it marks the beginning of the Safaricom Sevens Circuit which goes all the way up till end of September with Safaricom Sevens at Kasarani Stadium. Since it is end month there are other events in store for you and just at the right time! Pay Day!! Well, here you go:

Kabeberi Sevens 2014

The George Mwangi Kabeberi Memorial Sevens is held in honor of former Mwamba RFC player George Mwangi Kabeberi who died in 1986 and it is going down this Saturday the 2nd August. Entry start from early morning all the way till evening. Check out all the teams participating and their pools here.

Hakuna Matata Festival August

This will mark the 3rd edition of the Hakuna Mata Fest and this edition will be held at The Migaa Golf Estate in Kiambu county. Performing acts include Just a Band and Le Band and there will be lots of music and entertainment by Foozak, Crème de la Crème, DJ Protégé and more. Here are all the details.

Kids Festival August

Since the holidays are here, Kids Festival never misses a chance to entertain the kids which makes it an ultimate experience and learning. It hosted by Churchill and it will be at the Carnivore Grounds from 10 am this Saturday the 2nd. Take your kids or siblings for a fun day!

Blankets and Wine 54th Edition

This edition of Blankets & Wine will host a variety of fun filled, family-friendly activities as you Discover, Love and Share in the creative blend of music, literature, fashion, art and film. As always there will be a music stage, Kwani? Stage and an Art Hive so you can be assured there will be something for everyone.

Check out the performers for this edition and it is happening on Sunday 3rd August.
